If there are multiple applicants, the unit will be offered to the most qualified applicant based on the criteria above.

A refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required to hold the unit once an application is approved.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

First month’s rent will be prorated as applicable.

In certain cases, last month’s rent may be required in advance based on factors such as:
